Ordering & Shipping

Time in Transit

Coco-Crush processes all orders within 24-48 hours. To determine time in transit after the products leave our warehouse, we recommend viewing the service map to the right showing approximate time in transit for USPS to your location. Note that these are carrier stated normal service and delivery times. They are by no means a guarantee of delivery in a specified time frame.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that may be unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pack Logix, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00PM CST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Damaged Order

If your shipment is obviously damaged at the time of attempted release, you should refuse the delivery. If you find damage, please contact us. While we make every reasonable effort to protect our product during transport, occasionally some damage may occur. We monitor reports of damage in order to identify specific destinations where damage seems to occur. Damaged product MUST be documented with pictures to receive either a credit or replacement product. We will credit your account for the value of the order or replace the order

Shipping and Receiving

Shipping Time – Most orders received before 12:00PM CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Coco-Crush or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

All orders are shipped via USPS using published residential rates.

Orders, Payments and Turnaround

All e-commerce orders will be paid via credit card at the time of order. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept any debit cards that process through Visa or MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases online.

We do not offer price breaks on e-commerce orders unless specified through a promotions, coupon code discount and special offer.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

If we make an error we will correct it to your complete satisfaction at no cost to you. If you are not happy with your order, please feel free to contact us for return auth., and ship it back to us, we will gladly accept sealed, not used product and refund you the cost of the product.

Please be aware, we require a return authorization, obtainable by calling us directly at 414-208-4509 

You must pay for the return freight and product must remain sealed / unopened. Any damaged product and request for returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Claims for breakage damaged or product return requests will not be considered after this period. Damaged product must be documented with pictures to receive either a credit or replacement product.

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping without charge. Once shipped, you may return the shipment, which will then be subject to our Return policy

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pack Logix, Inc.’s obligation hereunder is exclusively limited to the refund of the cost of the products purchased IN NO EVENT SHALL PACK-LOGIX, INC. BE LIABLE FOR CLAIMS (BASED UPON BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, IMMEDIATE, INCIDENTAL, FORESEEABLE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL
